2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of DFLM or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission

  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

  • Use our logo, trademarks, or branding without prior written consent

DFLM Materials

Our curriculum, program materials, handbooks, training resources, and proprietary content (including but not limited to Equip Classes materials and Focus Program resources) are the exclusive property of DFLM. Churches partnering with DFLM receive permission to use these materials according to their specific partnership agreements. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of DFLM materials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of partnership and legal action.

3. Church Partnerships

Partnership Agreements

Churches interested in partnering with DFLM at any level (Anchor, Engage, or Focus) will enter into separate, formal partnership agreements. These website Terms and Conditions do not constitute a partnership agreement.

Separate Terms Apply

Each church partnership will be governed by:

  • A signed Church Partnership Agreement

  • Church Coordinator Agreement (for Engage and Focus partnerships)

  • Focus Program Leader Agreements (for Focus partnerships)

  • Any additional agreements as required by the partnership level

Inquiry vs. Partnership

Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a DFLM Connect meeting does not create a partnership or any binding obligations. Official partnerships begin only when formal agreements are signed by all required parties.

4. Volunteer Services

Volunteer Applications

If you express interest in volunteering through our website, you understand that:

  • Submission of volunteer interest does not guarantee placement or acceptance

  • DFLM reserves the right to accept or decline volunteer applications at our discretion

  • Volunteers will be required to complete additional screening, training, and paperwork before serving

  • Separate volunteer agreements, background checks, and training may be required

Volunteer Relationship

Any volunteer relationship with DFLM is not employment. Volunteers serve at their own discretion and may discontinue service at any time. DFLM may discontinue a volunteer relationship at any time with or without cause.

Volunteer Liability

Volunteers serve at their own risk. DFLM maintains insurance coverage, but volunteers should review their own insurance policies. Volunteers agree to follow all DFLM policies, safety guidelines, and program standards.

By expressing interest in volunteering, you agree to comply with all DFLM volunteer requirements and acknowledge that you will sign separate volunteer agreements before beginning service.

5. Testimonials and Stories

Consent to Share

If you provide a testimonial, story, photo, or video to DFLM, you understand that:

  • DFLM may use your testimonial, story, image, or likeness in marketing materials, website content, social media, presentations, and other communications

  • These Terms and Conditions do not constitute consent to share your story publicly

  • You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting DFLM in writing

Content Ownership

By providing testimonials or stories, you grant DFLM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, and display the content you provide, unless you withdraw consent in writing.
